What is the Enlist India HR Toolkit?

Is the HR Toolkit really free?

Yes. You can try every document on this site without an account. With a free employer account you download clean PDFs and keep every document you issue — there is no per-document charge.

Which HR letter formats are included?

Offer letter, Appointment letter, Joining letter, Experience letter, Relieving letter, Salary revision letter, Internship offer letter, Internship completion certificate, plus a blank letter you write yourself. Each follows standard Indian HR wording and asks only for the details that letter needs.

Is the GST invoice format compliant with Indian GST rules?

The invoice prints everything a tax invoice needs: your GSTIN and state, the customer’s GSTIN and state code, place of supply, HSN/SAC per line, CGST + SGST or IGST worked out from the place of supply, reverse-charge status, an HSN-wise tax summary, rounding and the amount in words. Without GST it prints as a bill of supply.

Does it suggest HSN and SAC codes?

Yes. Type what you sell — “recruitment”, “laptop”, “rent” — or part of a code, and matching HSN/SAC codes appear with their usual GST rate under the rates in force from 22 September 2025. Picking one fills the code, rate and unit.

Can I use my own logo, signature and letterhead?

Yes. Set your logo, signature, registered name, address, GSTIN, bank details and brand colour once, or start from a ready-made style. Every letter, slip, voucher and invoice then carries them.

Is the preview exactly what I will download?

Yes. The live preview is drawn on an A4 page by the same code that makes the PDF, with the same margins — so what you see while typing is what prints.

How do salary slips work out net pay?

Add your own earning heads (basic, HRA, allowances) and deductions (PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS). Gross pay, total deductions, net pay and the amount in words are calculated for you.
