We source, screen and shortlist candidates for your open roles across India. You interview only people who have already been vetted against your brief.
The fee is charged on the candidate's annual CTC and is invoiced only after they join.
Terms and replacement policy
- Fee: 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC, invoiced on the date of joining.
- Payment terms: 15 days from the invoice date.
- Replacement: if the candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of joining, we provide one replacement for the same role at no additional fee.
- The replacement guarantee applies once per position and requires the original invoice to be settled.
