How Enlist India began
Enlist India did not start as a website. In 2017 two women entrepreneurs began TWI Recruitment, a recruitment and placement firm doing the work by hand: understanding what a company actually needs, finding the right people and seeing each hire through to joining.
Both founders had strong, hands-on experience in recruitment. From the first mandates they worked with established companies such as UPL, and made many successful placements, earning repeat business one hire at a time.
As the firm grew to more clients and more industries, the team saw first-hand what makes hiring slow, expensive and unfair — for companies and for job seekers. That led to Enlist India.
