• Enlist India is not offering nor providing any TA/DA to client or candidate(s)/job seeker(s) to go for an interview in any company referred by Enlist India

• Enlist India does not charge any fee at any stage of its recruitment process from the candidate(s)/job seeker(s), there are individuals in market wrongfully trying to trick candidates to part with large sums of money by promising them job offers and using the company's registered trademark as well as using fake and copied website to legitimise their activities to lure innocent candidates to fall into this trap. We would like to categorically state that these communications are purely made with the intent to defraud the candidates. Enlist India has not authorised any individual to acquire any kind of payment from candidates, towards our company or towards any individual in the recruitment process.

• Use except as otherwise provided in the special conditions, the use of the Enlist India website shall be free of charge, notwithstanding the connection charge paid by the User to gain access through the relevant telecommunications network.

• User acknowledges and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the Enlist India website is made under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility at all times.
