The formats follow the wording used across Indian HR practice and cover the terms these letters normally state. They are a starting point, not legal advice — every field is editable, and you should have your own counsel review the wording before you rely on it for anything contentious.
Each letter is numbered in your own series — your prefix, the Indian financial year and a counter, for example ACME/2026-27/0001. You can set the prefix yourself, or type a reference of your own on any letter.
