& 6. Posters — back to big: each card is now 760 px wide (3:1, same 1200×400 upload), and the reel moves at half the previous speed. The two count boxes shrank into a compact row: number · label · "Post a job →" on one line, so posters fit on the first screen. The reel also sits behind the search dropdowns properly now.
2. Job approvals — new Admin → Job approvals (with a yellow count badge in the sidebar). Each pending job shows logo, employer, type/industry/role/experience, salary, location, openings, deadline, description excerpt, and whether the employer is verified. Buttons: Preview · Edit · Approve & publish · Reject (reject opens a reason box — the reason is sent to the employer as a notification). Approving publishes and sends the same job-alert notifications the old switch did. The admin dashboard now shows a "Jobs waiting for your approval" panel at the top with inline Approve/Reject for the first five.
3. Emails → info@enlistindia.com — the sender was already info@enlistindia.com. What you were seeing were the placeholder addresses on the seeded accounts (…@enlistindia-jobseeker.example etc.). Every login email must be unique, so those 249 seeded accounts now use info+username@enlistindia.com (all of which deliver to your info@ inbox), and their visible contact email is info@enlistindia.com. Your two real accounts (your Gmail, TWI) were untouched.
4. Candidates page — a dark-blue "Get seen first — boost your profile for ₹299" banner sits under the search panel, linking to the boost on the candidate dashboard (or to sign-up for guests). Employers don't see it.
5. Register page — the blank band was 250 px of leftover spacers from the old photo layout, plus a white column behind the card; both removed. Role switcher is now blue instead of navy, the tray follows the theme, and the disabled "Create Account" button stays readable until the terms box is ticked.
